Heippahei!
Kilpailut lähestyy ja näyttäviä joukkuelajisuorituksia harjoitellaan kovaan tahtiin! Kyselin vähän fiiliksiä ja mietteitä dantai hokeista Antti Korhoselta ja Nhu Thúy Aaltoselta:
Mikä on haasteellisinta dantai hokeissa?
Nhu Thúy: Harjoitusten määrä yhdessä koko dantai-joukkueen kanssa.”
Antti: ”Dantai hokeissa minun mielestäni on haasteellisinta löytää hengityksen kautta oikea rytmi jokaiselle tekijälle kaikkiin tekniikoihin.
Mikä on parasta dantai hokeissa?
Dantai-hokein harjoittelussa yksilö tekee oman suorituksena joukkueen suorituksena. Eli hän mukautuu joukkueen rytmin mukaisesti.”
Antti: Dantai hokeita harjoitellessa on pakko ottaa huomioon koko ryhmän ominaisuudet.

Howdy!
The Championships are approaching and the spectacular team performances are being practiced hard! I asked thoughts and feelings about dantai hokei from Antti Korhonen and Nhu Thúy Aaltonen:
What is the most challenging part about training dantai hokei?
Nhu Thúy: “The amount of practice with the whole dantai team.”
Antti: “I think that in dantai hokei the most challenging part is to find the right rhythm through breathing for each team member and to each technique. In ideal situation you should be able to rely on your own breathing and to carry out the uniform performance with the whole team without having to glance the other team members’ movements.”
What is the best part about dantai hokei?
Nhu Thúy: ”The dynamics and spirit of the team.”
Antti: “Definitely the doing of things together. Also the feeling when a dantai hokei peformance succeeds perfectly. Then you feel like a part of something more than only a single hokei.”
How the practicing is different from personal hokei training?
Nhu Thúy: “Practicing a personal hokei is training with yourself and imagining your own performance. In dantai hokei the personal performance is part of a team performance. It means you have to adapt and adjust to the team rhythm.”
Antti: “When practicing a dantai hokei the whole group’s qualities and features have to be taken into account. The personal hokei training enables always to give one’s all but in dantai hokei all the team members have to find the uniform rhythm. Thus the team has to find out the best ways to practice things for achieving the unity to each moment of the hokei.”
What are your feelings at the moment of your dantai hokei?
Nhu Thúy: “Good feelings, and I believe that our dantai hokei performance will be perfect at the World Championships!”
Antti: “At the moment our dantai hokei could be described as a ‘rough diamond’. The timings are not yet completely in order, but with hard work we will get a brilliant hokei by the World Championships :)”
